VTS Frosty Clear Dye Sublimatable HTV

Are you looking to dye sublimate onto cotton and other non sublimatable items?  12" Frosty Clear heat transfer vinyl is a high-standard vinyl in the garment decoration industry that can be used to dye sublimate on to cotton! It offers a soft, matte finish. great product works well Sawgrass SG-500 and SG-1000 printers and other dye-sub printers.

• Static liner
• Matte finish
• 100 microns thick
• Polyurethane composition
• Can be used with a Laser Cutter

• Soft hand, very flexible, & moves with the garment
• Durable and will outlast the life of the garment when applied properly
• Due to the manufacturing process, material may vary in width by 1/8-1/2"

 APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• 320° F
• 5 seconds
• Peel cold then cover with a Teflon sheet and repress for 5 seconds
• Medium/firm even pressure
• Cut in reverse
• Cotton, linen, wool, lycra, spandex, polyester blends. NO nylon/ NO mesh
• Wash warm, tumble dry on normal setting

Dye Sub Instructions

• 380°F
• 30 seconds
• Peel warm or cold
• Medium, even pressure

Additional Instructions

Application instructions for dazzle cloth, shiny polyester materials, and coated polyester materials:

Damp a cloth with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), then gently apply it to the area on the garment you want to apply your design. Allow it to dry and apply your material. This will allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.

We highly recommend that you wash and dry your garments prior to pressing your design. This will also allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.

 Settings can alter for each cutter and how dull or sharp the blade is. Test Cutting is Recommended.
